Who are we?

Gruppespill.com is a website owned by Anderzzz VOF. Gruppespill.com is based in Zwolle and is a provider of games for groups of people. We are responsible for processing your personal data as shown in this statement.

Use of personal data

We process your personal data when you buy a game from us, or register for one of our activities or products (e.g. free e-books or the online pub quiz) and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. We only use the data that is directly transmitted by you. Below is an overview of the personal data we may process. Of course, this depends on which product or activity you get from us:

- Email address

- Location details

- Data about your activities and purchases on our website

- Contact history

- For business customers: company name, address, postal code and place, VAT number

- Payment method

Other data that you actively provide yourself, for example when registering on our website, via social media, email or by phone.

Which personal data for which purpose?

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Legal obligation: Some processing is required by law. In particular, this concerns personal data needed to fulfil our tax obligations.
  • Orders: To process your order, we need your name and email address, among other things. Of course, we know in our system what you ordered, but we also have to ship the products to you. We never sell this data to third parties.Finally, when you place your order, we need data for handling the payment. We use Mollie for the payment. This is a reputable payment provider, which protects its data properly. 
  • Mailings: We send mailings to prospects and customers. For example, about (new) products or a reminder for an online quiz. Through our mail system, we can see where your interests lie and whether you open the mailings or not. This allows us to improve our service to you. If you no longer wish to receive these mailings, you always have the option to unsubscribe.

Customer contact via website and telephone (Whatsapp).

Customer contact is important to us. We are available 24/7 and will provide you with an answer as soon as possible. This can be done via the contact form on our website, by phone (WhatsApp), Facebook Messenger or by e-mail. If you respond via the contact form, we automatically save this information on our website.

Publications and reviews

We are curious what our customers think of the games. You can leave these reviews on our website, via e-mail or on our social media channels. If you leave a review on our website, you will only see your first name with the review. We do ask you for an email address, but we do not show it.

Google

We use Google to advertise our games and to track visits to our website. In doing so, we use analytical cookies to enable us to view website statistics properly.

Social media

You will come across us on various social media. On Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn.

On Facebook, we use a pixel. This pixel allows us to adapt the content of our posts to your preferences and also allows our website to analyse visits better. We use 'custom audiences', using anonymised email addresses to create target groups.
